Through its partnership with Neighbor Plus, GFoundation provides monthly support for single mothers and their children, focusing on each family’s individual circumstances and changing needs.

Listening to Families and Understanding Their Needs

On July 25, GFoundation’s partner organization, Neighbor Plus, gathered its Single Mothers Ministry Team for its monthly meeting to review the well-being of mothers and children receiving support through their ongoing partnership.

During the meeting, team members shared updates on each household, discussed current challenges, and identified areas where additional assistance could provide the greatest impact.

Rather than providing the same support to every family, this approach allows the team to better understand each mother’s situation and provide assistance that is practical, timely, and meaningful.

Providing Support Based on Each Family’s Circumstances

Following the meeting, Neighbor Plus prepared groceries, household necessities, and other essential items based on requests from participating families.

With support from GFoundation, these supplies were carefully purchased and delivered directly to each household, ensuring that mothers received resources that reflected their current needs.

For families balancing limited resources and daily responsibilities, access to essential groceries and household items can help reduce some of the pressures they face and allow mothers to focus on caring for their children.

More Than Providing Essentials

This monthly support program is built on more than the delivery of goods. Through regular communication and relationship-based care, GFoundation and Neighbor Plus remain connected with the families they serve.

The ministry team also takes time to pray for each mother and child by name during their meetings, reflecting a commitment to seeing each family as an individual rather than simply a recipient of assistance.

Through this partnership, mothers are reminded that their experiences are recognized and that a caring community continues to walk alongside them.
