At Gfoundation, partnerships allow support to go further—reaching families across different communities who might otherwise be overlooked.

Recently, through our connection with the Dream Center Resource Collective, Gfoundation received several “Boxes of Love.” These care packages included essential items such as food staples and basic household goods, prepared to support families facing financial hardship.

From One Organization to Another

Recognizing the opportunity to extend these resources, Gfoundation shared the 13 “Boxes of Love” with Metro Hope NJ, a children’s ministry serving low-income families in communities such as Bogotá, Paterson, and New Brunswick, New Jersey.

By working together, organizations can ensure that resources move beyond a single location and reach more families in need.

A Gathering of Partners

This collaboration continued during a recent training session at Pilgrim Mission Church (PMC), where approximately 40 participants gathered.

Attendees included:

• Volunteers from PMC’s domestic missions team
• Representatives from Metro Hope NJ
• Staff from Metro World Child

The gathering provided an opportunity for partners to connect, share resources, and strengthen their shared commitment to serving families.

Reaching Families Where They Are

Metro Hope NJ regularly connects with families through community visits and local outreach efforts.

By meeting families directly in their neighborhoods, volunteers are able to provide:

• Practical support
• Encouragement
• Essential supplies

Some of the “Boxes of Love” have already been distributed through these outreach efforts—helping families navigate everyday challenges.

Because organizations like Metro Hope NJ are already embedded in these communities, partnerships like this allow support to reach families more quickly and directly.
