Together in Care: Extending Our Work with Catholic Charities of Louisville

At the start of this year, Gfoundation partnered with Catholic Charities of Louisville (CCL)—a service agency of the Archdiocese of Louisville—to uplift single mothers and refugee women through vital resettlement services. Last month, we were happy to continue this work, coming together once again to offer support, practical resources, and a sense of hope to women as they take steps towards their future.

To meet immediate needs, Gfoundation donated 60 packages of menstrual pads and 24 packages of panty liners, ensuring women in CCL’s programs had access to essential supplies that protect and enhance their well-being. These items were stored in CCL’s facilities, ready to be distributed directly to women as the need arise.

What makes this partnership meaningful is not just the number of supplies delivered, but the human care behind each box. With CCL, every package of pads or liners is handed out in a way that respects women’s stories and cultural backgrounds—ensuring that no one feels reduced to a statistic or overlooked in their time of need.

Because of your generosity, these essentials reach single mothers balancing the demands of raising children alone and refugee women navigating life in a new country. Your support reminds them that they are not alone, that their dignity matters, and that someone is thinking of their everyday struggles—even in the smallest details.
