“Layered in Love”
As the colder winter months approach, staying warm becomes more than a comfort—it’s a necessity. That’s why we were thrilled to partner once again with Korean Church of Syracuse for their annual Clothing Drive, dedicated to supporting refugee students in our community. We’ve loved collaborating with them in the past, from lively summer camps to joyful holiday gift-giving campaigns, and this year was no different.
For this year’s drive, we contributed a variety of brand-new clothing items, from colorful sweatshirts and cozy hoodies to durable jackets and parkas—many from popular brands like Nike. To make it easier for students to choose, the church volunteers thoughtfully displayed our donations separately, giving each student the chance to pick exactly what would keep them warm through Syracuse’s chilly months.

The results were instant. Within five minutes, all 40 items we sent had found new homes in students’ bags, ready to bring comfort and warmth to the young people who need it most. Moments like these remind us that sometimes, the simplest things—a cozy hoodie, a snug jacket—can spark real joy and make a tangible difference in someone’s day.

A heartfelt thank you to the Korean Church of Syracuse for organizing such an event and letting us participate. Together, we’re not just donating clothes—we’re sharing warmth, hope, and care, making sure every student can face the cold months with style, confidence, and a big smile. We feel greatful to witness firsthand the joy and relief these children experience, and we can’t wait to continue supporting them in the future.
