What We Accept
- We gratefully accept only brand-new, unused items to ensure dignity and safety.
- Please note: We cannot accommodate unscheduled walk-in donations or small individual drop-offs.
- Corporate contributions and Donation Drives are warmly welcomed — please contact us in advance to arrange delivery.
- Donors are responsible for shipping costs.
- For safety and quality, we are unable to accept:

- Once received, we’ll send a thank-you note and update your donor portal with a record of your gift.

After submitting the application form, our team will contact you via email or phone within the 5 business day (weekdays only).
Is submission of application compulsory?
To ensure transparent management and prevent loss of donated items, We only accepts items registered through the application form. Before sending your donation, please make sure to complete the form and follow the instructions provided by our staff.
