GFoundation Korean Child Sponsorship Program
GFoundation is committed to fulfilling its social responsibility and collaboration with local communities to create a better world. Our Child Sponsorship Program matches a donor in America with a child in South Korea who lives in a childcare facility. Donations from the child sponsor will support a child with living expenses, educational fees, and other special expenses such as holiday or birthday gifts. Our goal is to support the comprehensive development of sponsored children. We aim to help children grow healthy, thrive socially and emotionally, and live in safe environments.
Accustoming to Giving Up at a Young Age
Children at childcare facilities usually don't have parents or don't have a guardian who can raise them due to abuse or neglect. Over 10,000 children across South Korea are living in orphanages for various reasons, including poverty, neglect, domestic abuse and divorce. A child needs so many things to grow up, but because there is not enough support to meet all these needs, children are becoming accustomed to a life of disappointment and giving up at a young age.

Child Matching
We will match you with a child in South Korea who lives in a childcare facility.
Child Sponsorship Package
You will receive a donor package after you are matched with a child.
Signing Up
Sign up to sponsor a child in Korea with general living expenses, education fees, counseling and therapy, medical fees and independent living preparation after exiting the childcare system.
Matching With the Sponsored Child
The sponsor information you provide to us will be shared with GFoundation Korea, who will match you with a child in South Korea who lives in a childcare facility.
Child Sponsorship Package
After you are matched with your sponsored child, you will receive a Child Sponsor Package. The package contains a thank you card with information about the child you are sponsoring, a photocard, a keychain, a donor certificate and a donor information pamphlet.
